IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
• Partner with the management team to develop and implement the agency’s human resource and talent strategy (future talent needs, recruiting, retention...)
• Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborate with the management team to understand skills and competencies required for openings
• Manage employees onboarding, assimilation and development process
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues; Provide support and guidance to management and other employees when complex issues and sensitive topics arise
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Prepare employee separation notices and related documents, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
• Regularly update & maintain human resources documents and reports; analyze industry trends to determine suitable salaries and remuneration
• Identify and maintain compliance with government and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
